Susie Franklin

I have more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, including 20 years with Brown Insurance Group. During my tenure, I have worked in both the Anderson and Alexandria offices, gaining a broad understanding of our clients’ needs and operations.
I currently serve as Office Manager for both locations, in addition to my role as a Personal Lines Agent. I take pride in assisting clients with their insurance needs and providing knowledgeable, dependable service.
Outside of work, my husband and I reside in Anderson with our dog and two cats. We enjoy traveling to Ohio and Michigan to spend time with our grandchildren whenever possible.
