Rob has been a licensed insurance agent since 2008; He started as an Account Executive at Fearrin Insurance in Carmel, IN before transitioning to a management role. He has experience with regulations in different states, having lived in Los Angeles California for 7 years, and owns several professional licenses.
Rob has built and managed several books of business, including building a large book of commercial insurance from scratch. He now oversees operations at the Brown Insurance Agencies in Anderson and Alexandria, as well as in Carmel at Fearrin Insurance and in Brownsburg at Key Henson Jackson. He is always interested in acquisitions and is currently seeking several.
Rob is the third generation of the Brown family to be in the insurance business, which started in 1949 when his grandfather, Herman Brown purchased an agency in Alexandria, IN; His father, Lon Brown, started in insurance in 1983.
Rob is involved in many community service and business groups, including the Carmel Rotary Club and OneZone Chamber of Commerce.
